Yes, you can change the date (and timeslot) of the tour you have booked as long as the conditions stated below are met:

The tour date (and timeslot) you have reserved can be changed, just one time, until 12:00 noon on the day before your reserved tour date—as far as your new tour date will be set within 120 days after the date you initially completed your reservation.
